As a multi-physician-owned and led Revenue Cycle Management company, Avosina is unique in its class. I partnered directly with their team to reinvent their visual identity and provide a strong foundation for their brand to grow from.

Before moving a single pixel, I started getting to know them and their business better. A thorough Design Brief Questionnaire revealed a desire for something clean and modern, as well as a strong preference for a circular logomark as a visualization of Revenue Cycle Management, which is at the core of their service offering. While the circular reference to the revenue cycle was clear, I felt it didn't really jive with some other important concepts they were expressing - such as optimization, connection, and integration. Happily, they agreed, and we were headed off in a direction that was better aligned with their vision.

Three initial options were presented. "They're really beautiful" they said. "But, we feel like they're a little too elegant for our industry." Great feedback! Welp, back to the drawing board…

…but wait, maybe not. Within a collage of (very) rough sketches included only for background interest, my client spotted something that truly resonated with them. This little sketch was ultimately developed into the final logomark.

To help ensure the consistent application of their new visual identity across all channels going forward, a comprehensive guidelines document was provided. The guide is intended to act as a solid baseline, and can continue to adapt and grow along with their brand.
